We commissioned a customised table and chairs for our daughter Imogen’s second birthday and six months later we (and Imogen!) are still thrilled with the outcome.  We’re not very “arty” so I suspect that when we were speaking with Fiona about ideas for painting the Ikea table and chairs we’d bought, we were probably quite vague.

We knew we wanted animals, bright colours and for the end product to be durable, and Fiona went from there.  What she came back with was the most gorgeously unique pieces we had not seen anywhere, especially within the price range.

At the same time Fiona customized a set of kitchen steps we had also bought from Ikea.  Again, our instructions to her were vague and she came back with a fruit and vegetable motif inspired by the Dusty Cowgirl Designs Kahlo range.

Safety was also a consideration and Fiona specifically used a non slip final coating to ensure there wouldn’t be any accidents due to slipping.

We love Fiona’s work and will definitely use Dusty Cowgirl Designs again.
